I visited Richard in Goole today for some advice and possibly a shoe repair. Not only did he provide some excellent advice he repaired shoe free of charge. The shoe looks like new. You don?t get quality customer service like this these days, I will definitely be using my local Timpson branch again.

I recently bought a leather backpack whilst on holiday. However, it needed some extra holes punched on the straps. I went in with it and the guy behind the counter was really friendly and did it for free for me (sorry, I didn't catch your name and can't read the handwriting on the card you gave me). I've also had keys cut here in the past, and they did a good job with those too.

Me my mother and father went to the timpson on goole high street 9th august 2024 at around 12:30 to get my heels fixed, just the heel as it has come off, and our service was incredibly bad and the worker put them in the bag and when I have just taken them out they have been ripped! I am quite unhappy as these heels are my favorite. The worker had very bad customer service and seemed angry to help me and my mother. Last time we went we had a different man who was lovely. I hope the man who served us today can get a better attitude and improve himself. Thankyou for listening
