I visited Richard in Goole today for some advice and possibly a shoe repair. Not only did he provide some excellent advice he repaired shoe free of charge. The shoe looks like new. You don’t get quality customer service like this these days, I will definitely be using my local Timpson branch again.

I recently bought a leather backpack whilst on holiday. However, it needed some extra holes punched on the straps. I went in with it and the guy behind the counter was really friendly and did it for free for me (sorry, I didn't catch your name and can't read the handwriting on the card you gave me).
