We recently used the Bathroom Basement to kit out our new bathroom. The best customer service we have had in years. Matthew in particular was excellent at helping us pick out what we wanted. The quality of the products are of the highest standard and all for a very reasonable price. There was a few occasions we changed our mind on some of our items and Matthew was quick to advise us further and amend our order with no fuss. Definitely recommend Matthew and the Bathroom Basement Team and will use them again in the future!

Great service from Andy at Bathroom Basement. Got us sorted with the right spec bathroom we wanted at a competitive price.
Go into the shop and see Andy in person - he'll spend some real quality time with you to determine exactly what you need. Always available to contact for any queries you may have.
We absolutely love our new bathroom, it's now our favourite room in the house! Free standing bath, vanity unit, toilet, shower, fittings, tiles - all provided by Bathroom Basement and looking great.
Andy has great contacts, we extended our bathroom entrance back out on to the landing and Andy put us in touch with the right people to get this done.
Highly recommended and would definitely use again. Thanks all

Fabulous service. They pay great attention to detail. Nothing is too much trouble. When we had a problem with the bathroom sink they replaced it no questions asked in a fast and efficient manner. Would recommend the Bathroom basement to anyone .

I would give this place 0 stars if possible.Units came damaged.Shower came damaged.when toilet flushes the water comes over the seat and on the floor.Freestanding basin has damage.Shower is cheap and nasty and the radiator has flaking paint on the brackets.The quality is very cheap and i wouldnt be suprised if some of the items are damaged seconds thar have been repaired.Do yourself a favour and spend your hard earned money somewhere else.This place is a rip off.
EDIT..... in response to your reply below all purchases were made through our fitter who im not going to name on here.You are aware of the issues as you have already sent out replacement parts which are also damaged.The cabinets were sold to us as a brand new line but came with inspection certificate date of 2023.The new one now says 2024 but still has damage.If you want proof of payment we were instructed to make a bacs transfer to a personal account which i am happy to share as evidence.

Very professional company, the cluttered showroom is full of some amazing bargains and top quality products, and I understand they?re moving to some larger premises so they?ll have cleaner displays and more space.
Matty and Andy provided the bathroom and they recommended a fitter, and the job is top class but at a fraction of the cost of the bigger companies. I do like to support local businesses and this is one worth supporting, hard working guys, great products and great prices.

A brilliant place, we're repeat customers, first with single items like new basins, taps etc, then to a full new bathroom. Andrew and Matthew make sure you get the best quality at the best price whatever you're after, we had their fitter Barry Noon and his lovely apprentice, who both loved being fed and watered and worked super hard in return. A good all round experience and we ended up with a superb bathroom in record time, too. Highly recommended. Photos on day of completion, before room dressing.

From walking in to have a look round to fitting we had excellent service. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Bought shower, enclosure and bath, all excellent products. Tiles and flooring. We used there recommend fitter. Who turned up on time and was fantastic even when faced with unexpected work. Really pleased with finished work and products. Definitely recommend the bathroom basement and Barry Noon for fitting it. Even if it cost to feed and water his young helper..

Bathroom supplied By Andrew & Matthew from the Bathroom Basement in Goole, Me and my wife visited the store with little idea as what we wanted, Andrew looked after us and guided us to some ideas, at no point was there any pressure to purchase, once we had agreed on colours and style Andrew put together a very competitive quote, As this was a DIY project Andrew & Matthew was always on hand to answer any questions I had.
Great delivery by Matthew always arrived when I requested a delivery.
Fully recommend a visit to the Bathroom Basement, the lads there will look after you, and the quality of the items seem excellent.
