Some staff were very nice some just try to sell you extras. My new glasses have not improved my vision. But the shop opening hours / days are good.

I had an appointment today (20/08/25) at the Goole branch, quick swift check-in with Alex (very helpful guy. I had the eye test with Kamran who was superb and very helpful. Then ended my appointment with Emma who was extremely helpful with superb customer service. I would certainly recommend the Goole branch.

Not impressed. A few years ago this was a friendly place with customer friendly staff. Now it is all about sales . Even during my eye test I was reminded three times that that I had not bought any new glasses for two years. (Not true, I bought some elsewhere a year ago). My glaucoma test , which is free , turned out to be part of their 'enhanced' service for which they charged me £10. My prescription, which as always been an A4 size sheet of paper, was this time a tiny sticker with my prescription in the smallest possible print. I will not be going there again.

Specsavers in Goole are absolutely amazing. Went in with concern about my eye the staff was brilliant very helpful found the problem fast and even soughted referral to A&E and which a&E to go to. Amazing staff.
