Disappointing vist to Goole Natwest 19/072021 (AM) .Having been in isolation for the last 18 months , this was my first vist out ..Upon waiting to see the cashier, I had no opportunity but to wait alittle longer has due to my own health an the distance between walking behind the other customer compromised my space and there's , so with that i waited along with my husband , has hes my main support .An without any issues from my husband an i we was more than happy to wait has we fully understand the current climate situation an respect all other around us too .With that the first booth came free to use , has I had previously stated an hadwaited an had to let others go has this didn't not worry them with regards distance- however it was essential that I did keep my space has stated above!Once at the booth I was told buy the cashier to place my card into the machine along with my pin too , I had already cleaned my own hands with gel but unfortunately the machine was not wiped over from the previous customer, I said to the cashier I don't really want to touch the keys on the pad has it had not been wiped over via from the last person that had touched an used it ..The cashier clearly replied back to myself an my husband that next time I / we are out an refueling the car up I need to pinch extra plastic gloves from the petrol station an next time I come to the bank I can wear them??? .. Needless to say we was both utterly shocked on the unpredictable an unprofessional of this person in question ( cashier).In all my life I can honestly say I have never encountered someone carefree whimsical attitude to a disabled person , we shall never ever return to this branch again an a letter of complaint will be forward to the appropriate member at the main Natwest head office has It was clear that I had a disability has I had the appropriate sunflower lanyard on displaying with an id card also stating , an yes whilst I had all limbs intact every disability an illness is not visible.. please never judge a book by its cover has everyone is not the same an everyone should be treated equally regardless. ..It took alot to come out today to only be treated like I was utterly worthless an I was causing the cashier an issue because I questioned the pin pad not been wiped over..PLEASE- " NATWEST " DONOT UNDERESTIMATE ANY PEOPLE HAS THIS IS NOT FAIR NOR IS IT RIGHT FOR YOU TO ACT TOWARDS SOMEONE IN THIS MANNER !
