Been a customer for over 25 years with no problems,just recently every time I need to make a big transaction it?s bloody closed,not good enough Nationwide,needs to be open 6 days a week.

Can?t fault the staff whatsoever - polite, friendly and efficient. Rates on savings always seem better than elsewhere which is my main reason for banking here. I do sadly feel Nationwide as a society seem to be encouraging customers to bank online more and more. I do hope this branch stays open and for those of us who prefer personal face to face service can continue to do so. Thanks to all the team at Goole.
