So far they have done my bedroom and hallway flooring and will be doing my living room soon and possibly kitchen all the staff have given me excellent service and above and beyond help in choosing the right flooring as I have disabilities the fitters did an excellent job and such an excellent company to deal with I highly recommend them

Very Poor Service. Fitted carpets to our new Foxglove home in Hornsea. After numerous complaints they have just come out to investigate over 16 months later. The carpets and underlay have been installed on builders rubble and underlay with shards of plastic sticking out. Their unapologetic response was shocking in refusing to fit a new carpet. I would avoid using this company. We are not alone.

Ordered carpet for fitting before Xmas fitter decided it was best to leave down old damaged paint splattered divider despite us paying & requesting it changing.rang & spoke several times about it been changed & still waiting & been fobbed off for a 10 minute job(brough branch)

More a review for the online store. Morgan and Quinn were excellent value in comparison to the independent stores in my area (Carlisle). Add to that the smooth process of getting samples from them it was a great choice to use them and get the quality carpets I wanted at the best price. Mel Grassby has been great as a point of contact. Only tricky part has been finding a localish fitter to just do a fitting service. I reckon if M&Q could work on a national list of reliable fitters they could absolutely blitz the nationwide carpet industry. Can't wait till October when our fitter gets everything laid.

Had carpets from this shop for 20+yrs,Never had to complain at all ,good quality carpets,always had Ken to fit them,the best carpet fitter we've ever had,will be paying a visit soon for a new lounge carpet.
