I do give them 5 star. Because of their delivery service is 5 star for me. About food!? Yes ists one more step ahead than other places in goole. Iam living in howden but preferring to get my take away from them.

I went there with my daughter and after ordering I found out is CASH only. Unfortunately I didn't have any cash with me As I tried to explain 3yrs old that we have to go somewhere else, VERY kind man working there said that I don't have to pay today!!!So KIND! ??I do appreciate it very much. He saved me from 3yrs old child tantrum that day ??I did pay a few days after because I'm not from Goole.Good pizza, lovely stuff and a few tablets for eating in.

Ordered from their Meal Deal menu. Turns out they've changed the menu details and not told anyone.So, order wrong, late, cold and absolutely no help whatsoever when we rang to ask why.Food was absolutely shocking, if I could leave a 0 star rating I would.Biig Bites from now on, don't know why we changed?Poor decision and we paid the price big style.I really would choose another takeaway to use.

Ordered offer two... order was cold and incorrect on arrival. Rang thr shop to be told they'd changed what you received on the offer but not updated it on justeat or foodhub. Was basically told it was tough, that they'd not be offering a refund or a change in food. Food was clap cold and tasted disgusting. Won't order again, eaten here for years and never had such shocking service.

Ordered at 8:30 today, waited and called up 45 minutes later. They thought it was a pickup not a delivery but after we clarified it was a delivery they still have not delivered as of 10:15.
