I took my car for a tyre changed yesterday to then find out the tyre pressure warning light would not stop coming the staff member asked me to drive my car and i said okay and he turned the light off and it didn?t come on so he said nothing is wrong yet this started right after the tyre was changed he then told me if it continues which it did it?s an abs issue told me to ring my dealership and they said because it?s not them who changed the tyre i?d have to do kwik fit, so i rang motorbility as my dealership told me to try that both operators told me different one to go to my dealership and the other go to kwik fit not very helpful when i took it back to kwik fit for my appointment nobody came to check me in just asked for my keys then say they?ll get right on it turns out the staff member i had saw earlier said i have two different brands of tyres on my front and back this can cause the abs to not work properly to which i thought if you knew this was an issue that can happen why tell me nothing was wrong and try that in the first place, after this i waited about 10-15 mins to go outside get to some air to find my car no where on site i was sat in the waiting room and it was the same guy who took it earlier now why could i be asked to take my car out 1 time then just be expected to just take my car the second time i was there took my car upto 70 i didn?t have much petrol and then when he gets back after i see my car had been miles away without me knowing whilst i was sat there for feedback or to be let know he was going to take it is ridiculous also no protective sheet was used on my seats very unprofessional now i havent tried to see if the warning light comes back on but whenever you turn it off the middle screen changes to say they?ll limit not your speed so i don?t know whether im just a little frustrated this could have been solved the first time or what but i dont think ill go back again unless nessessary

Had an issue with the brakes and warning lights came on. The team carried out a thorough inspection and clearly explained what needed to be done. Since they needed to order parts and couldn?t complete the job on the day, I wasn?t charged a penny. Brilliant staff and the best service in the area! Highly recommend

The new tyre replacement was fine but I think £70 for tracking is an absolute joke its nearly the price of the tyre. I don't care you give 30 days warranty and your equipment is better as long as its done right you can get it for half that price from other places.

Rang kwikfit on Good Friday as a suspension spring had gone . Not only did they fit me in that day ,they got my car back to me the next day! Very efficient ,professional & friendly!! Will definitely use again. Cheers lads. ?

Went in as outer skin of exhaust had come loose on motorway. Craig fitted me in straight away and removed loose metal skin at no cost. Fantastic service, highly recommended!

Great service today from Leon Cook and Ashley Taylor at KwikFit Newark! Had a nail in the tyre as pointed out at recent MOT so it was removed and all other tyres checked in super speedy time. Highly grateful for such brilliant service, would definitely recommend! Thank you!

Phone them last Wednesday morning as there was a loud rattle coming from offside wheel. Took car straight in & they quickly established problem was a loose brake disc shield. Said to leave it with them & they called me a few hours later to say all sorted. When I picked the car up they told me no charge as it was only a 5 minute job to fix. Exceptional customer service & would thoroughly recommend the Goole Kwikfit team.

Just been today 25/01/25 to get a full set of new tyres. Absolutely amazing service, despite being understaffed on this day, was kept up to date on anything they found and was taken to have a look under the car which was nice to do. Didn?t catch his name but the man who was using the computer as well as working on my car was outstanding ??
