One female staff member lets down the rest. This afternoon(Tuesday 14 May) she was at her ignorant arrogant best. No concept of polite customer service. She knows I don't think much of her so she gave out a loud mocking laugh as I left.It's time her management sorted her out.Sorry Greggs . You have lost the custom of myself and my family.

They have some good staff and some less good staff. The one I got on a week day afternoon was not into efficient and polite customer service.
