Really poor service! Had my prescription for over a week saying they had ordered the item I needed, went in to collect, still no item! Advised to call GP and ask for alternative, which I did, went to collect, they didn't have that either. Now without the medication I need and they told me to go and find it at another chemist! Doesn't even deserve 1 star but wouldn't let me post my review without!

Had to stand outside in the freezing cold to collect my prescription for 35 minutes. Not good enough! Never had this problem when Nigel was there
