I attended Prom Envy with my daughter looking to buy her prom dress, although I initially bought a dress online, it arrived nothing like the images so I was straight in panic mode. I found Prom Envy after searching for shops that had availability to attend as my daughter was staying late at school so trying to get the shops before 5 was a struggle. I rang Prom Envy and straight away she said she had availability at the time I requested, after 6pm. When we arrived, she immediately made my daughter feel at ease and comfortable and gave her loads of options for the right style dress.
I wasn't in any way felt like I was under pressure to buy anything, and I was even asked what my budget was so I wasn't looking at dresses out of my budget.
We ended up buying a lovely baby pink Prom Dress from Prom Envy.
I would 100 recommend to anyone.

After a bad experience at another shop, I thought I'd never find a dress and not bother going to prom, but this shop drastically changed my mind. It was easy to book an appointment and I was contacted frequently about the progress of me receiving my dress. The shop itself has an amazing atmosphere and both the attendant and seamstress were lovely! I got the opportunity to try on as many dresses as was necessary from the huge selection available, despite the fact I left it very late to get my dress, and the payment was broken down into two parts. The experience I had was personalised and professional. I'd definitely recommend this place to anybody in the area looking for a prom dress!

As a mother, I?m genuinely disappointed with the way this shop treated my daughter. On the first day, she went in to choose her prom dress and the shop was freezing cold. She could barely try anything on properly because it was so uncomfortable ,not ideal when you?re trying to find a dress for such a special occasion.She ended up choosing a dress, but when she brought it home, we noticed it had no tag, the hook and eye was incomplete, and there were loose threads hanging off it. Clearly, it hadn?t been checked properly before being sold.Since I couldn?t go back with her the next day, I texted her sister, and the two of them went in together. Instead of apologising or offering a refund, they were told they could only exchange the dress for something from the sale section, and it had to be the same price or more. So in the end, my daughter was forced to spend more money just to fix their mistake.
I'm very dissaponted and wouldn't recommend the place to anyone

Having had a disappointing trip to another shop, Prom Envy was a totally different experience.
Phoebe was put at ease immediately and had the whole appointment to herself.
The showroom and fitting rooms were amazing and the expertise and guidance offered in a such a friendly and comforting manner helped her to find the perfect dress.
Phoebe was guided into different styles and was absolutely beaming as soon as she stepped out of the curtain wearing her Prom Dress.

It was such a lovely experience from start to finish we never felt rushed or stressed and I will definitely be back in a couple of years when it?s Bella?s turn for a Prom Dress.

I took my daughter to look for prom dresses after having a disappointing appointment elsewhere. The staff were lovely and we were spoilt for choice. We?ve ordered a beautiful dress and can?t wait to go back for alterations when it arrives.

Beautiful shop with an amazing selection of dresses. The lady who runs it is so knowledgeable and skilled. It?s a proper bridal shop experience, and I honestly left feeling so beautiful and calm. She took the time to discuss each dress with me, and the ways it could be altered to be perfect for me. Nothing was too much trouble.
There?s parking on the road outside.

i bought a ballgown style dress from this shop and it was the most amazing dress i could of asked for, amazing quality and a lovely owner. I got so much help and time to make a decision on what dress i wanted and advice. I couldn?t have asked for a better experience!!
