The food was good but the service was poor. Our main meal was served in good time but we waited over a half hour for our sweet, I politely reminded a waitress and she said that she would attend to it, half a hour later it still no sweet so I politely mentioned it to another waitress who initially didn't respond but said that she would see to it, but when she came with our sweet she was very offhand and seemed a bit miffed. I hadn?t said anything offensive and didn't deserve such treamet my wife and I have been loyal customers for a couple years and even selebrated my wife's 80th birthday there but we were made to feel very uncomfortable on this occasion

Lovely clean restaurant, we all had Sunday roast, it was lovely, although my friend said he could have eaten more for the price!
Parking: Plenty of disability parking bays!

Thought I would give this a try as I live local.
Staff were friendly and helpful, very professional.
Food.....hmm ?
Average, quite expensive and small portion size.
I usually go to the hungry Horse just a couple of miles down the road and I think it's far better. Sorry guys but I can only say what I feel.
Well done to your staff but let down by quality and quantity

Lovely food at a reasonable price and refillable drinks.
I was served by a lovely young man called Tyler who was very friendly and helpful.
We come here often because the food and service is always good

Lovely service by Colette & Rob on the day we visited. Food was exactly what you would expect from a Brewers Fayre, service was great and it was a lovely atmosphere. Steak was cooked to my liking and the kids sausage and mash was loved by the kid!

Bland. The best word I can think of to describe the food here is bland. The chips needed 3 lots of salt to have flavour which I've never had to do before. The chicken goujons were very chewy and tough in places and the chicken hardly had any flavour either. We asked for the burger sauce to be taken off our burgers, but they also took the mayo off without asking us. Not majorly impressed at the food quality.

We are regular visitors to the Brewers Fayre at Goole but felt it necessary to document today's visit.
Myself and my Son witnessed the customer Infront of us at the bar been extremely rude to staff member 'Robert'
He delt with the situation so professional and politely.
Then apologised to me for my wait, I acknowledged what had just happened and he was extremely professional.
We visit Aire & Calder regularly & can honestly say this particular staff member is an absolute gem & should be praised

Didn?t want to moan as I was with others but I ordered smothered chicken with no salad.It took just an hour to be served,Sunday lunch table booked for 1.45, and when mine arrived there were a few scrappy chips that were supposed to be skin on and weren?t,some peas in place of salad,the chicken which was ok and no garlic bread.I should have said something but I was in company as I said.The dessert was very nice so that was a bonus! Will think twice about having another experience there again!

From start to finish a lovely experience. Our server Lynette was friendly and very helpful, nothing was too much. The food was amazing and tasted great. Well done Chef Jack! All the meals we had and desserts were beautiful and we had no complaints whats so ever, even refillable fizzy drinks. Affordable pricing, offers on and free parking.
Kid-friendliness: Colouring pages & a Christmas lucky bag, highchairs provided if needed.
