Rushed here from work to pick up a prescription I desperately needed, arriving 10 minutes before closing time, only to be told that there wasn't enough time to get the prescription together ?♂️ and that I'd have to come back in the morning!

My son gets ADHD medication prescribed-no notification was given by Boots that the prescription was ready to pick up and I got a phone call on 21st Nov saying I needed to pick it up as it was almost expired (it’s a controlled drug and needs to be picked up within 28 days after prescription)
