I've been a argos card member for the past 6 years and the service up untill now has been flawless however returning an item here was like dealing with children unprofessional and refused to help me if I recieve further service like this I will end all services and contract with argos

Fabulous service in here today. My daughter had a simple partial seizure whilst we were in store. Staff checked in with me, got her a bottle of daughter and did everything they could to help. Massive thank you to all the staff for helping the mum with 3 children buying a printer and some toy cars ? ?

went in with a washing machine issue, argos couldn?t do anything about it but the manger sarah was determined to help. she let me use the shop phone as i couldn?t get through to beko. i was there for about 40 minutes but she helped me get it all sorted out!! thank you ever so much

The staff are quite frankly awful and rude, went in for my order to pick it up (it was due there the day before) they said they still don?t have my order, going to fail my coursework because of them.

I visited 7th Dec. I'm not confident using the phone app to order, so a member of staff helped me through the whole process of ordering and picking up the product I wanted. I am totally grateful to Debbie for going above and beyond this weekend. ?

Called in to collect an item from the Google site, and what was apparent was that excellent customer service was heart of the store. I was served by a lady called Millie who was so friendly and helpful, service with a smile always goes a long way.

I have purchased two products, (one today, one last week), both of which have not been fit for purpose, despite good reviews on Argos? website. One has broken upon first use and the other simply does not do the job it?s advertised as being able to do. Upon trying to return both items, I was dealt with by a member of staff at the Goole store who clearing needs a lesson in customer service. Her attitude towards me was appalling. She was rude, patronising and completely belittled me in front of others. She accused me of breaking one item and told me I should have read the reviews on the other item before purchasing- I did ? the Argos reviews were great, but go onto Amazon (I did this after I realised the item was not up to the job) and the reviews were poor. She even questioned my usage of one product, telling me I?m wrong! Argos ? sarcasm has no place when dealing with your customers, The woman refused to refund the items (what happened to the laws relating to distance selling?). After this horrible and upsetting experience, I cannot recommend the products I purchased and certainly will never recommend Argos.
