Very nice the food was very good dogs are welcome in the cafe and in the accommodation was very clean and tidy better then some hotels nice and warm bed very nice and comfy good value will go

Amazing small and neat place to stay. The beds are double decker. Double bed in the lower and single best upper . Nice heating system. Bathroom with a shower . A toster microwave kettle and a mini fridge included. Seaway Cafe nearby. I highly recommend this place. We stayed for 2

Attended a birthday party here and it was such a wonderful place I'm planning to return for a holiday. I'd been worried it might be cold but the pods were very well insulated so lovely and warm (and quiet). In fact, everything was great. And they have Yorkshire tea - the best cuppa!Noteworthy details: Surprisingly good showers - really good pressure and temperature, which is hard to find!

What an adorable little place.We stayed in Redwood. The toilets and shared cooking area were very clean and the whole place has a tranquil, mini oasis feel.The pod was also clean. Bedding supplied and a good sleep was had by all.For those not cooking, there is an attached cafe for breakfast. For supplies, there is a shop a little bit up the road. Shame the village pub wasn?t open, though the chippy in Wetwang down the road is very good!For the price, an excellent option.

We've just had a lovely weekend stay in the bungalow. There were 9 of us and there was more than enough space with a lovely garden. I would definitely recommend and we will be booking again.

Seaways is by far one of the best places myself and my family have stayed!It's so warm and Cosy and I love how unique all the glamping pods are. They all have character and together look like a little fairy wonderland and my kids absolutely loved it!We have stayed in Redwood and cedar and both of them were so clean and spotless! So was the other toilets and the pantry also provided on the site.The beds were so comfortable and everthing you needed was provided.Mike is so helpful and friendly and goes out of his way to make sure you have the best stay. He even put birthday banners up for my mum as it was her birthday and it was just the sweetest gesture! You don't get many places doing that for you :)There is also a lovely little cafe on the site with amazing quality food and even better prices and the staff are so lovely and polite too!We wil deffo be back again ?10 out of 10!

One of the best hidden gems in the countryside. The owner is fantastic and the staff are a delight. Love staying at the tiny houses here every year. It?s one of my favourite places

The glamping area was so quite and peaceful, rooms were warm and cozy, kitchen and toilets were clean and tidy. Had a great weekend there. (Redwood Cabin)

Stayed in cedar cabin for 1 night. Excellent all round. Cabin was spotless. Nice and cosy and warm. Everything you need. Set in a very nice area. Would like to return another time. Simple process of checking in and out. Highly recommended.

Sorry but we found this cafe to be very average and nothing special . We?ve passed by many times & noted lots of bikers use it but on reading other reviews decided to give it a try . It?s looking a bit ? tired? and drab in parts . The service was good we both had pie and chips , we both felt the pastry on the pastie and steak pie was very hard & dry and the usual frozen chips , which I hate . However at £6:50 it didn?t break the bank . Ok if you?re passing but I wouldn?t make a special trip .
