showed what I wanted and in the end it couldn't be done and it just got worse and worse. I had to come home and re do the polish myself as they were awful. not what I asked for or showed. and never known a salon not to do different colour glitter polish. lovely people there but wouldn't go again. very disappointing and waste of money

Literally wouldn?t go anywhere else, they go above and beyond to give the best personal experience. To the lady who complained about rudeness, I was the person that the therapist came over to help as she was booked in to assist me for my wedding the next day, she was in no way rude, far from it. Before making assumptions of what you think you may know. It may be best to check before slandering the best group of girls just trying their best to give a little relax time to their clients. You are the one that just looked rude if I am perfectly honest.

So I arrived for my wax appointment on Friday 5th of May at 11. I walked in at 10:58 and everyone was busy. Nobody really paid alot of attention to me and only after I greeted they bother to talk to me. One of them made the effort to ask if I'm here for a appointment. I was told to sit after I confirmed. I recognised the lady who I knew was going to do my treatment and she made no effort greeting me or even acknowledge me. Her lady left and she then asked another one of them, "am I helping you or what?" Very strange question I thought. Now she pulls up a chair and start assisting her colleague with her client? How bizarre? Not one of them said, I'll be with u now or any kind of apology. My word I'm speechless. Time now 11:08. I do understand that appointments sometimes overlap and I was ok with that but what tripped me was her attitude. She knew I was her 11 o'clock? I took my stuff and walked out and nobody phoned to explain. I will definitely tell my friends about the experience. Were I come from customer service is of outmost importance. Very unfriendly staff, very unprofessional service. I think you should all go on a course to learn how to be professional.

A little disappointed to be honest, paid £30 for a luxury pedicure the experience wasn't particularly relaxing spent most of the time balancing my feet on a foot bath under a table in the nail saloon. No foot or calf massage and heels still feel rough a dry.. The polish is nicely done but really not worth £30.
