Had our blinds fitted last year, there hasn't been a problem with them at all .. perfect, I'd recommend having blinds fitted by Hull Blinds .. extremely happy with ours.

After moving to Hull in June I needed some blinds fitting for my patio doors and my bedroom. I discovered Hull Blinds and they were super quick to come and measure up and give a quote. Upon measuring up, I was told a 10 day turn around - I thought it was fantastic as it was definitely hard to sleep in the summer months. Paid and booked in, I eagerly awaited for my blinds to get fitted.From booking to fitting, the blinds took over a month. Communication during this time was SHOCKING. I was the one who had to chase up the status of the blinds and my communication was often never replied too. Upon the actual day of fitting, me and my partner stayed in all day for the visit, and they didn?t show up! I had no communication that they weren?t coming and my partner took a day of annual leave for it. It took me to request a refund to finally get the blinds fitted, which was a couple of days following the initial fitting.When the lads came to fit the blinds, they did an awesome job and they couldn?t be more apologetic for the miscommunication that had been happening. Following on from this, I was hesitant to want to pay the remaining sum as I felt as I was being treated badly, but I did as it is a small company and Brendan explained there were some issues behind the scenes.Fast forward to September, one of my blinds has broken, it was one that was fitted by an apprentice. I message Brendan with a photo and a request to come and see if they could amend it. Communication was almost immediate and was told they would be available Friday to come and visit. Alas, another no show. It is currently November and I?ve been messaging this company on a weekly basis asking for someone to come and look at my broken blind but I just keep getting ignored. I?m now having to part with more money with another company to come and fix it.Please don?t waste your money and allow a company to cause you as much stress as this company did me.

Arranged for blinds to be fitted in conservatory and newly refurbished bathroom, fitting date 29th April 2023When fitting the blind in the bathroom Brendan damaged one of the tiles to which he owned up. On further inspection it was noted that the tile on the other side was also damaged. Brendan said that he would sort getting the tiles replaced. This has been a long process but we are now at the stage where we are waiting for the blind to be fitted.The fitting was due to take place on Tuesday 1st August in the morning. By lunchtime no one had arrived so I telephoned the company but there was no answer. Eventually I received a call back to say that there was a problem as one of the fitters called in sick. After discussion with Brendan I said that this situation was unacceptable and that I expected a fitter to attend later in the day. Brendan said he would phone back in an hour to advise what was happening.It is now 2 days later and I am still waiting for this return call.Very disappointed that in April I paid in full for a service that has not been provided. The blind has now been in our spare bedroom 3 month's waiting to be fitted. I do not recommend this company, communication is appalling.Will definitely not be using this company again.

I was given a great quote for my patio doors from Hull Blinds and they were fitted very swiftly but to a great standard. I will be using again and they have already measured up more rooms in my home for me.

From contacting Andy for a quote to the fitting everything was first class...the blinds look great wouldn?t go anywhere else. Thank you?
