Staff refuse to talk to you if on their lunch. (Which they all go on at the same time). My child was in desperate need of some antihistamines as he is severely allergic to egg and peanut; when I asked where in the shop I could find antihistamines, I was ignored by all chemist staff and told by another member of staff that they would not talk to me until their lunch was over at 2pm!

Great service. I put in a very late request for a repeat prescription from my GP and Tesco pharmacy were happy to get it ready for me to collect today. Such a relief! Thank you.

In the current situation, very unhelpful, told that you have to wait 5 days for prescriptions to be made up. Not very helpful, at all!!! Used to be excellent but things have changed since certain staff changes. When you are unable to collect your own due to self isolating and someone goes to collect on your behalf they can't even tell you when it will be ready you just have to wait for a text. When you can't order your prescriptions too early and have to wait 3 days ro get them and then wait 5 days at the pharmacy you've run out of medication.

Nice to have a pharmacy in a supermarket as it is very convenient. Staff helpful. Confidentiality at the counter rather poor though.
