Staff are attentive and ask you if you need any help as soon as you walk in , the biggest negative issue against Superdrug brand is ;that the staff constantly chat to eat other over their headsets- not work related either. They do not cease chat when in earshot of customers! Very disrespectful and extremely bad customer service!!Apparently they're known for this across other store too!

On the small size but with knowledgeable staff. You can have stock delivered to store from the website and its a lovely friendly atmosphere

Very good value products on offer and a wide selection. Well worth keeping an eye open for multi-buy and special offers for high cost items such as razor blades. Shop is well laid out, but staff are helpful if you can't find what you need. Generally busy, but you never seem to wait too long to get served.
