I have retinol tears in both eyes and came to see Shaun recently. Shaun was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional and treated me like a person not a number.
I have seen two opticians here Shaun and Joe and would highly recommend both of them as I value their opinions.

Went to Driffield Specsavers after having a lot of migraines that were affecting my vision as I wanted some reassurance that my vision was not causing them. The stuff were friendly and very helpful from start to finish and recommended a particular type to help reduce migraines. The stuff and shop were friendly and clean service was amazing.

At Specsavers, Driffield Branch, first I received a friendly welcome. It gets better, my appointment was quickly made and on the day, the Optometrist noticed a problem, something that without immediate attention could have seriously damaged my sight. He made an appointment with the Hull Eye Hospital for the next day. They confirmed his suspicions and I received eye laser surgery that very same day. I was most impressed and I shall continue to use them.

Have needed new glasses for a while and was very pleased with the help I received choosing a new pair and updating my eye tests. Everything was explained very thoroughly and I have the loveliest pair of bright green glasses and can see the kingfishers at last.

Picked up my second pair of glasses purchased through this store. Staff at the Driffield store are always really helpful, friendly and polite and the turnaround time for prescription glasses has been very efficient on both occasions. The store is always pretty busy, but the staff are great.

I was given a prescription after reporting some head aches etc the lady who helped me pick out my frames was fantastic. She was so honest about what looked good and what didn't. There was no up selling what so ever. I felt so comfortable and confident picking the right frames for me. When I returned the lady fitting the frames was very informative and super helpful. She made me feel very comfortable no matter how many adjustments I wanted. The best shop in the chain I have been too. Thank you so much to the all the staff that work in the driffield shop.

Very helpful staff. Purchase the two for one glasses, with second pair as sunglasses. Despite a slight hiccup with getting the tint level of my sunglasses correct, mostly down to the thining and polorizing lenses, that unfortunately made them lighter and wasn't mentioned at the time of sale. Witihn a month, I finally got the glasses I hoped for and eveyone remained professional and helpful throughout. James, the retail director, was especially helpful and went above and beyond to help me, ordering another pair with a darker titn so I didnt have to wait another two weeks. So overall, the customer service and help outweights any of the issues that occured. I would be happy to visit again for future eye tests when required.

5 stars for my service for spectacles in Driffield. Fabulous service from everyone in Driffield branch. And then Ben Hoggard audiologist from Scarborough branch sorting my 98 year old mother in law hearing aid. He has the patience of a saint. Really lovely genuine person. Thoroughly recommend Specsavers. ?
