My sisters and I inherited a rental property when my Mum died, and we really struggled with the rental agency that she'd been using. They eventually dropped out entirely, and Rent East Yorkshire picked up the pieces and looked after us. It worked so well that I've now bought my sisters out of the property, and Rent East Yorkshire are looking after it for me. It's so efficient, I've never even spoken to my tenant, they do all of this for me. Such a good service.

We are approaching our second anniversary of Rent East Yorkshire managing our buy to let property that they actually helped us find in the first place.
The last 2 years couldn?t have gone smoother, any property repairs etc sorted quickly and efficiently. We have recently had a tenant change and again, the whole process was incredibly smooth, with minor repairs and claims against the outgoing tenants deposit all handled on our behalf.
Actually, this all happened whilst we were on holiday with a couple of messages all we had to do!
I couldn?t recommend Rent East Yorkshire highly enough for any investor who wants a hassle free service.

Mark and the team at Rent East Yorkshire rented a property for us for over a year. The service and value for money they provided was excellent. They did excellent marketing work and pre-rental checks to get us a good long term tenant. They they dealt with any small issues that arose very efficiently. They contacted us if there were any larger issues that needed our attention, but again always offering a solution and their support. If I was going to rent a property in East Yorkshire again I would so straight back to using Rent East Yorkshire.
