Fabulous service from Pocklington Carpets! I visited the shop in Driffield, Katie went above and beyond to help me choose the best carpet for my home, the process was so quick and simple. Had it installed by Matty who was really kind and got cracked on! The carpet itself is lovely and feels such good quality. Highly recommend the team at Pocklington Carpets?

I just love all the staff here, they are so accommodating, welcoming and professional, honestly, the best I?ve ever known. When we moved to Driffield and into a new build we needed flooring, but couldn?t decide what to put where. I knew exactly what I wanted, but my Doris wasn?t ever sure. I popped in to speak to the staff and ended up coming away with all the samples I needed. Took these back to Kent, where they were walked on, talked on, looked at in different lights and still she wasn?t sure, which wasn?t a problem at all for the lovely staff at Pocklington Carpets, they just gave all the advice and support I needed, answered all the doubtful questions she had, but still no definitive choice. By now I?ve moved into the house with bare concrete floors and brought back even bigger samples that were laid across the floor at various locations and under various lights and checked via FaceTime, but still no confirmed choice. So it was then that the carpet team stepped in again, with selected colours on the type of carpet we wanted and a good chunk of money off per sq meter, so that made our minds up for us. Got the entire house measured up and the locations that the carpets were to be laid and finally, Matty, one of their extremely professional fitters turned up and did all 3 bedrooms, landing and stairs and the front room. Pocklington Carpets were great throughout and the service they provided was first class, I wouldn?t go anywhere else. So it was almost 11 months by the time my Doris had finally decided what she wanted on the bathroom floor, which had seen many more visits for samples to take home and finally we had confirmed a choice, had the flooring fitted by more professional fitters and looked great when it was down.
Now all we just needed was the kitchen, hall, downstairs toilet and storage area. Many more trips to see our friends in the shop, more samples and eventually we had the one we wanted. Ordered, paid and Matty turned up again and completed the entire job. It looks brilliant down and I?m really pleased with the results, it looks wonderful.
When seeing the carpets down, our neighbour was so impressed that she had the same style but slightly lighter colour fitted in her house too.
So a long review and one whereby I can?t recommend them highly enough. If you?re in the market for any type of flooring, go chat with the staff in the shop, they?re lovely, friendly and knowledgeable people who will steer you in the right direction.
Now stop reading reviews and go order your flooring, you won?t be disappointed.

I must say I?m so impressed with the whole team in Driffield, did feel a little out of my depth choosing flooring for the whole house, they were a pleasure to deal with,lots of advice and suggestions without being pushy or patronising.The Fitters were excellent and Mathew even advised me to wait until the builder had been (I booked the builder after the carpet appointment was made) no problem at all fitting paused and just let them know when the builder had finished. I highly recommend them. Was nervous after a very bad experience with a carpet supplier and fitter?s years ago

Told 2 weeks for order to arrive, heard nothing so I rang to check to be told, oh yeah it came in middle of week, arranged fitting, when fitter arrived they had ordered my hallway way/toilet and bathroom flooring the wrong way round, fitter called shop - there response oh well that?s what?s on form, they told fitter they?d re-order and fitter would come back Friday. Heard nothing so rang day before to be informed floor wasn?t coming in til Friday- after speaking to a helpful lady she arranged a second fitter to come on Friday- he did, fitted bathroom flooring and informed us he had a call from Pocklington Carpets asking if he could get them out of a issue - he told us he didn?t even work for Pocklington Carpets. The metal strips don?t stick, took payment in for original fitter, no one got up from back office to speak to me so I said I was leaving envelope on desk just to be nodded at. Although my flooring is lovely I shall not use or recommend this company

Absolutely fabulous customer service! The staff were extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly.
They went out of their way to help us and they were very reliable and prompt to deal with queries. We knew we could rely on them to deliver what was promised.
Would not hesitate to recommend this branch.

Very rude old man came to measure up for carpet. Refused to say when quote would be given and called me stupid because I could not decide from a picture which laminate flooring I would like.When I went into the Driffield shop, Tom was just as rude, sent email saying they did not have any fitters even though no dates were given or prices !DO NOT use this shop, ignorant throughout. Will never recommend.

Great service from Tom at Pocklington Carpets. I wanted a new bed for my spare room and I was able to call in to both see and feel the quality of the headboard I really liked. It is difficult to shop for something like this online and I wanted a quality bed. I ordered then and there, and it was delivered the following week. Tom and the driver delivered and set up the bed and removed all the packaging. Absolutely delighted, this is proof that shopping local really is worthwhile because I got exactly what I wanted, and the services was brilliant! Thank you! Had lounge, hall and two bedroom carpets fitted yesterday. Amazing service only took the morning . Really pleased with the results would highly recommend.
