Popped in to see about having my ring rejoined after I?d had to have it cut off.The sales assistant didn?t seem very impressed about the way the ring was cut and asked me where I?d had it cut off which was a shame as it was Michael Roberts. Had to wait as the member of staff who could help was on the phone then another customer came in and also had to go away for for the same reason. Needs more qualified staff.

I broke a neck chain which I bought 25 years ago. I took it to the Jewllers, the team there looked at the bits I had taken in, they said their repairer would be able to sort it . Well I now have the neck chain back . My first word on seeing the repaired item was Wow. It looked and felt brand new. A well deserved 5 star and thank you.

If I could leave no stars I would. Michael Roberts you're an incredibly defensive and rude man. Why the attitude? I came in today asking for an exchange and instead of politely explaining to me that I needed a receipt instead of the exchange form he implied I was lying and that I ought to 'go back to my partner and find out where he really bought the jewellery from'. I asked him why he had such a bad attitude and that all he needed to do was help me find a solution to the problem. I guess you don't want repeat business. Appalling way to speak to your customers after they've spent £150 in your shop! Trading standards can deal with you and so can the jewellers who supply to your shop

Very helpful. I had a misshapen ring and within 5mins they had it looking new again. Loverly staff who fixed the ring for free, even when I offered to pay.

Shocking customer service , I bought a necklace for my Mum who is 83 for Christmas . I specifically asked the lady who served me could I get a refund ( NOT CREDIT NOTE ) if my Mum couldn't manage the clasp I was told yes no problem. My Husband has just been in today to get a refund and he was told that you are only ever given a credit note and I was incorrect , No I was not wrong I specifically asked and was told I would get a full refund. I would not have bought it if a credit note was the option Eventually he did get a refund but not after being told that I was wrong !!!
