My prescription is automatically sent to Lloyds and they send a text message when it's ready for collection which is brilliant. What is not so brilliant is that 3 out of the last 4 times I have been to collect it I have been told I can't have it because the pharmacist isn't on site. Sort your selves out, people can't...
