Went in for my prescription ordered over a week ago and my tablets I have two left , rude lady with red hair who told me they were behind cause of the bank holiday and their is a que of people waiting for prescription, no sensitivity for what I need the meds for was told to check back to see if it?s ready the next day , no promise it will be, I suffer with anxiety and this stress me out ,every time the red haired lady serves me ,she is rude from the get go , left feeling upset like I wasn?t a priority

Rude staff I've been waiting 3 days for my prescription told it's the doctors fault.NO ITS NOT.its boots fault company can not cope with work joke of a big company.glad I've gone somewhere else.avoid at all cost. STAY AWAY

Every single time there is a problem with prescriptions not being ready even though I have received a text. Same today I had to wait for over 45 minutes. A poor man came in as I was waiting and he needed heart medicine, some of his prescription was ready some not so he was told to come back the next day he was so upset and he too was saying that it is the same every time. I have never experienced this before at ant chemist.

Nice pleasant staff, but home delivery is very poor. I paid £55 to have home delivery and have had to check up to see why my prescription has not been delivered several times. Now waiting for delivery after request was sent on the 30th September, Not good enough!

I have a chronic back problem so take medication on and off. The young lady who served me today was so helpful. I didn't get her name but quite young with long dark hair. Ididn't realise the tablets I buy I can get on prescription. Thank-you very much, very kindxxx

I can't thank the staff enough today. I was having a nasty asthma attack while in-store, they looked after me, made sure I was ok before I left the shop.

Friendly but short on staff despite being first in the queue had to wait 12 minutes for some one to come busy sorting things in the back knowing there was a line of people queuing.
