Rude staff I've been waiting 3 days for my prescription told it's the doctors fault.NO ITS NOT.its boots fault company can not cope with work joke of a big company.glad I've gone somewhere else.avoid at all cost. STAY AWAY

Every single time there is a problem with prescriptions not being ready even though I have received a text. Same today I had to wait for over 45 minutes. A poor man came in as I was waiting and he needed heart medicine, some of his prescription was ready some not so he was told to come back the next day he was so upset... read full comment
