Having broken down whilst travelling from the West Country to East Riding we were recommended this garage. I cannot praise the staff enough - they were friendly, polite, professional and efficient. They even offered to drive us back to our holiday cottage if the part(s) were delayed. My sincere thanks for getting us back on the road within 3 hours.

Purchased a car for my wife from here, the service was excellent and would highly recommend. The vehicle is in excellent condition and they provided all the information we asked for without and problems. They produced all the relevant information for the vehicle whilst we were test driving it. Well done Armstrong Massey, superb service, will be back if any of the family need a vehicle.

Just bought a car from Armstrong Massey. And have to say that their level of professionalism is second to none. I had a little issue with a wing mirror, but they were more than keen to rectify this for me.(hopefully soon anyway)

Purchased a car from Armstrong Massey never been to this garage before usually go to main dealers. Such a lovely friendly garage, no pushy salesman. Neil who dealt with our new car sale was helpful, friendly and professional. Kept in touch with updates between agreeing sale and collecting car. When we collected the car everything was so efficient and we were driving away within 30 minutes. Also had a goody box left in the car which we were impressed with. Would definitely recommend this business.

I chose to ignore all the main car dealer franchises in Hull and its surrounds taking a drive to up Driffield to view what was on offer at Armstrong Massey. Immediately found the car for me and was driving it home a few days later. Gave me a very fair part exchange, valeted, serviced, replaced a chipped heated screen that had pointed out needed doing and put a full MOT on it for me. Car looks and drives like brand new. Neil and Gary really showed a high level of personal customer care and I was made to feel very welcomed. 10/10 communication, customer care and buyer experience. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to buy again from Armstrong Massey. Thank you.

Excellent service with Armstrong Massey. Neil was great to deal with on the Used Car side. The car was very well prepared and had a great detail prior to collection.
The after sales service is also first class, promptly rectifying issues that arose within the warranty period (issues that were not present upon purchase and were no fault of Armstrong Massey).
I would happily purchase my next vehicle from Armstrong Massey, great service, especially in relation to Land Rovers.

Can't recommend this garage enough. My family have bought and sold cars here. Excellent service without the hard sales and usual pushy banter. Great experience all round ...oh and cars are brill too! Neil is friendly and knowledgable and on the shop side Terry is fantastic...always a smile and friendly chat. Thank you Armstrongs....we will be back.
