Please read all the review, one of the best pharmacy's in the world , order always ready,always every item I need, never mix up orders and the staff are the best and if you believe that you need your head testing with a bit of luck when they get taken over they will take on new staff.

The worst chemist you could ever go to . I am a care worker in cottingham and have to regularly come here to collect medication for my clients . I cannot even explain the amount of times they have messed this up . They can?t even put a label on a marchart . It?s against company policy to give out medication without the correct labels put onto the marchart , my client has had to go without because we are not allowed to give medication without the correct label . I shouldn?t have to check this as it is the chemist job to complete the mar chart .The old woman with the blonde hair has a sour attitude and doesn?t know what she?s doing . Overall incredibly bad work ethic , poor standard and lack of care or dedication towards handing out medication and correct information . Every single staff member who works here should serious re-evaluate why they are working there and take a medication course on the importance of handing out medication .

Terrible service, terrible staff.They tell me they will have my medication on a certain date and everytime I drive in for 20 minutes and it's not there. One time I made 3 journeys and still no medication so I just paid for delivery. I will never use them again.I tried to call them each time but they never answer the phone.

Absolutely terrible. Short staffed, Never have prescriptions ready. If they are, something will be missing. The company need to supply this branch with more staff as they quite obviously can't keep up with demand

They could only supply a small portion of my prescription after giving me false information about when they would have it. They then would not return my prescription details for me to collect at a different pharmacy as they would not be able to get the money for the small amount they did give me and refused and said its not possible for them to send my prescription to another pharmacy who could supply it. They are happy to let people suffer in a great deal of pain for their own financial gain. Absolutely disgusting service.

I have used Lloyds Pharmacy in Cottingham for several years, yes at times had to wait but this was in the mist of Covid-19. The staff work really hard and always try their best to help often under very difficult circumstances. Please try and see how hard it is for the staff to remain professional when they have just be verbally abused by the last customer. They are only human. Be kind to each other.

I recently went to get a prescription which you must order, as it is rarely kept in stock in any chemist. The team at Lloyds, especially Paula (I think that is her name!) went above and beyond for me. She even left the store to come to Boots with me and 'borrow' the prescription from them to release to me.I have also collected some meds for my mother from here a few months ago. She was visiting from Scotland and again, this was no problem and the team could not have been more kind and helpful.Thanks very much :)

Need more staff on, I know due to covid a limit has to be but 4 staff isn't good. Disabled, elderly, adults with children waiting a long time. Tablet's aren't able to be done their and then people having to come back after 2pm. Saw two staff members with no masks on. No phone number to this place to ask a question that is needed so you have to stand tonask then feel like a fool to those behind who want medication.

This is my 3rd attempt of getting my prescription. Having waited 12 minutes outside in a howlinggale, only to be told they were closed. Lloyd's staff cannot cope with the volume of prescriptions they dispense. I Will be voting with my feet. I suggest you do the same.

Closed to customers again.Saturday 27th.Two women in the back ignored customers outside in the cold and storm.Elderly people queuing in this weather ,no help or explanation.Need prescription,haver run out of one particular medication.This is fourth time tried to get into shop.

Why when a prescription is sent to them on a Fri and I go to pick it up on the Tues afternoon is it not ready, it was only for anti-inflammatory tablets, I was stood 15 mins outside the shop and then another 35 mins after I told them I was there to pick up a prescription. Gggggrrrrrr

I'm outraged at the service today. I had an appointment for a flu jab at the 1.30 this was confirmed by email yesterday (24hrs before ) . Although I was away for a few days I decided to call my trip short to enable me to for fill my appointment. I travelled back from the moors and arrived at 1.15 to find that the shop closed for lunch and that all flu jabs.cancelled for the day this is just not good enough. I have tried to contact the shop without success, it is appalling customer service and will now book elsewhere.
