We are very disappointed with their service. They charged £ 96 before visiting for the fridge issue.
When engineers came he directly took measurements of the fridge.
After that just touched the inside wall - said this can't be replaced and this needs a replacement.
Lastly he said visit us we can replace it with new fridge.
What kind of service is it ??

Just to update this review - I was charged £120 for a leaking appliance to be taken away, assessed and returned with the verdict it couldn't be fixed. I've just solved the problem myself in 10 minutes with a £7 seal set off Ebay.

Called them about a coffee machine repair and was told there was £80 charge before they'd look at it. This would come off any further bill once they knew what was wrong. I told them the brewing unit was stuck and it needed a new one fitting. I took the machine to the shop and paid £80. Three days later I received a call telling me what I already knew about a new brewing unit and after initially being given a price of £154 to repair I was then told to wait put on hold and then cut off. A further call then suddenly resulted in the price going up to £225 in addition to the £80 I'd already paid making a total of £305. I was told this was for the part which cost £135:so thr rest was for labour which was extortionate. They'd done nothing to the machine so what the £80 was for god only knows. They then tried to sell me a new coffee machine at a price of £200 more than I could get the same machine for at Argos. My advice is don't bother with this company as they seem to charge what they like for very little service. Now buying a new machine for a lot less but wasted my £80 and time on a company who in my opinion are not very professional.

First class service and I wouldn?t go anywhere else! I recently bought a new kitchen, which was designed and fitted by Ian blacks. The design service exceptional, nothing was any trouble. Everything arrived as expected. I love all my new appliances which were delivered, fitted and even all the packaging taken away. I have since used Ian Blacks for a repair to something else and whilst in the store booking the appointment, I bought some light bulbs.

Good old fashioned high street service at it's best, the like of which you do not get from large chain sellers. They know their stuff, stock quality appliances and I've always found the staff to be helpful, courteous and knowledgeable.Whether its replacement vacuum bags, small electrical stuff or kitchen appliances, I would never go anywhere else.I read the review below with some incredulity; I'm sure there's two sides to that story.

Absolute disgusting and discriminatory service - avoid at all costs !!Mother went in with ear phones on talking to family and didn?t hear the staff greeting her. They then proceeded to tell her it?s against the rules to do this and were extremely confrontational and demanding in their manner. After my mums understandable frustration and another worker?s acting oblivious to the injustice, she was physically shown the door - my mum banging it as she left.Upon return the following week with myself, they showed exactly zero remorse and explained it was not to there liking that my mum didn?t engage in conversation and their actions were justified because she had been on her phone previous times too. All whilst claiming my 5?7 middle aged mom had tried to ?break their window? as she left last time. A heated conversation resolved in nothing as they refused to take any accountability about what happened, throwing in some empty apologises to get us out - further adding that my mums use of our native language as she was asking me questions was an issue.I am very sad to say this as all the neighbouring stores are full of great and wonderful, respectful people. But if this and the other poor reviews of this establishment are anything to go off, you will avoid this place like the plague.

A real shop where the people understand the products they are selling (and some they don?t sell anymore!) and care about the people they are selling to. Their fitters give attention to details, turn up on time and fit the ordered products with the minimum of inconvenience. They also answer your questions on the phone and don?t just provide a list of supposedly frequently asked ones that don?t help at all. If you are near this shop don?t buy on line go to a real shop!
