Homelink have been dealing with our lettings for many years now and we could not ask for better letting agents. They are very competent, attentive and keep us updated on our obligations as landlords. We recommend them to other prospective or dissatisfied landlords.

Homelink has been managing our property for over 5 years. They were instrumental to finding a great tenant and they always go over and beyond to sort out any issues. We have never had to chase for payment or an inspection or anything. Thank you so much for everything.

These people will ignore you for months on end. if you have issues like water from the bath leaking on your dishes they wont care and wont bother replying to your emails. But at the very instant that you are late with your payment, they will personally tailor you an email about being late with your payment. What agency in their right mind does this? And then they have the audacity to charge us for the repairs we have done. They wont invest in their houses like a person in their right mind would do, there are gaps between the window seals and the window frame, spiders, snails and worms inside the house, dont know how they get in the house but they do. This is not normal, and should never be normal considering you are a letting agency.

Worse ever letting agency , I have chase them for three months for leak repairs, I had some trades used some tape around bath tub, which didn?t help , leaking was the same next day , I had to fix it my self in January as no answer for three months as I mentioned earlier. As reword now they want to hire a trade to re do the sealing using my deposit .
Although, if you use them expect to do repairs using trades out of your pocket. The picture I?ve uploaded is an recent picture , that has not yet been fixed after leak in November 2024

Great letting agency with friendly staff and clear/quick communication - even as an ex-tenant seeking a reference!? They were pretty efficient at resolving raised issues at the property. When an incident happened at the house share I rented through Homelink, it was really appreciated that Martin came over personally to make sure we were OK. Would definitely rent through Homelink again!

I would like to thank Home Link for being excellent landlords during my time in one of their properties. Their help and support has been invaluable from start to finish. It is a refreshing change to have a landlord who is approachable and actually cares for their tenants. I would highly recommend them as landlord . I was most impressed by the professionalism of the Homelink Property Team. Efficient friendly service and masses of help with the IT aspect of the application I was attempting.
