This needs to be a tourist attraction for the worst Holland & Barrett in the country. I have used this store since 2019 but recently the service had been appalling. I came in last week for my usual supplements and had to wait almost five minutes as the cashier was attempting to sign someone buying vegan baked beans up for their loyalty club. And I went today and the chap with beard was good. However on both occasions I was treated as a shoplifter by the lady on shift, she was observing me and didn't choose to serve me on the first visit and today watched br as a hawk as I got my supplements from the back of the shelf (having worked in retail i thought i was doing them a favour). This shop deserves to be yet another Cottingham hairdressers based on the lady alone.

I have been taking another supplement for Turmeric and I went into the Cottingham branch to see if they had a cheaper alternative, the ladies couldn't have been more helpful and showed me all the supplements this shop offers and with good advice. I would recommend this branch.

Very nice staff and so helpful I was not sure what I wanted and they helped me find the correct vitamins for me, I will certainly shop there again anf its easy to get to and park the car.

I use the Cottingham branch and the staff are always so friendly and helpful i don't live Cottingham but go out of my way to always use that branch , thanks lady's for all you do .

If the manager is there she is able to price match with items on amazon if its exactly same product. Only the manager can do this.

Got quite a selection of vitamin products and a lot of complementary medicines and plenty of choice Inc food stuffs and have a good knowledge of what their products are beneficial
