Staff need to learn to scan the reduced barcode on the stickers. Thought I spent too much, spend an extra £3 than what was supposed to be spent of reduced items and items that was ?3 for £5? have all been rang up at £1.99 each. So won?t be returning to this store. Customer service is shocking.

After collecting stamps I wanted to use my stamps before the book was completed. When I got to the till I was told I can't use them I politely told her I could as I have done this before, she then told me to put my card over the credit card reader, I told her I wanted to use my stamps again she told me no then said I suppose you want a manager, I told her yes after the manager came she told her I can use the stamps so she mumbled under her breath which I think was appology. This was awful in front of other people, I also know you have to fill in the form on the stamp card which I never did she should of looked and asked me to fill it in. I hope no other customers have to go threw what I had to. If she had said the manager isn't in store at the moment and I don't know if your allowed to use the stamps like that and would you mind using them another time and in the meantime I will find out about how the stamps work.
