I felt with each visit (there were a few!!!), my care was definitely personalised, Iro ensured I was fully informed at every step, allowing me to make the right decisions, for the best outcome. At the end of my treatment course, I was so happy with the result, she helped me to be able to smile again...thank you Iro. It is definitely team work at this practice. The ladies on reception are amazing?, very warm, friendly, and professional, the phone was always answered promptly with any queries I had. I also thought the interactions they had with other patients, when I was waiting to be seen, was rather lovely. I would happily recommend this practice. Not forgetting Sarah (hygienist), she has such wonderful interpersonal skills, I almost fell asleep during one of her sessions, I was so relaxed!!.”
