I am beyond upset, I spoke to a lady yesterday and asked is there a possibility my prescription would be ready at all today? I went in here to get my dad’s prescription for high blood pressure and strong beta blockers. I was told they had his prescription and the medication, but they were in the middle of a refit and hadn’t unpacked them. This was on Thursday so I was told they would be ready Friday. Went to pick up my prescription. Long queue but only one person serving although there was another member of staff filling up shelves. Another member of staff did come out from the back to answer a question and find a prescription but then disappeared only to reappear with a tray of packed prescriptions which she then started... read full comment
