These guys have been brilliant for me. My car was misdiagnosed by two other garages before bringing it here. Since I have had my car here, they have gone above and beyond to the car fixed. They have done everything they can to help in any which way possible and my car is now sorted. It was meant to be in for one day but the repair became tricky and so had to be in for two but this is to be expected when parts are needed or repairs don't go to plan. They work so hard to get everyone sorted. They have fixed my car twice previously and the repairs have been done efficiently and in good time... I will only use south cave for my car repairs, as they are trust worthy and know what they are doing... couldn't have asked for any more from them :)

Seriously BAD experience here. Car service done, but failed MOT 3 weeks later because of worn out brake discs and pads. When questioned the response was ?Oh yes, that should have been spotted.? Frightening!!! Work not supervised could have had fatal consequences. Not worth 1 star, but couldn't post without 1

Have Used Mark for a good few years now and for me very convenient living app 5 mins away..Mark is always accomadating and has time to fit me in even if i dont have an appointment..Excellent advise and very knowledgeable as well.Have taken all of our cars to him over the years and always very helpful.

Appalling "service". Booked a car in for MOT, and it was picked up as arranged. The owners mentioned they were going away for a few days, so I told them that because this was a second car, they could have it for a few days until it was sorted out. 7 days later, after 6 attempts to get someone to answer the phone, I was told the MOT would be done the next day. The next day, I was again told it would be the next day. On that day I rang late in the afternoon, and was told "it's next on the ramp". The following day, I rang, only to be asked if they could leave it until the following day, to which I again agreed. That was a Saturday, so on Monday I tried to ring and again no-one answered after 8 attempts. So I drove to the garage, only to find the owners were not even there, and the car was sat outside, STILL not having had the MOT done! Needless to say, we took the car away, booked in with another garage, and it was returned the same day with MOT completed. We will NEVER use South Cave MOT again. We have not been contacted with an explanation, nor an apology for what was the worst case of taking the piss we have ever experienced.
