Ordered food online. Took over an hour to arrive and the burgers were a mass of grease. £31 for 2 burgers with fries - disgusting

Owner is rude and argumentative when they took down the order wrong! I’ve been using this takeaway for 15 years…..tonight was the last time.
Also the owner is a bully and rude to the young staff. Please don’t send your young adults to work here.

Ask them to read your order back to you. They said I’d ordered a garlic bread with cheese (which I never order) instead of the tomato I did ask for. Man also came back into the shop whilst I was there because they’d forgotten to put cheese on his cheesy chips so clearly it wasn’t just my order they got wrong. Rude... read full comment
