My experience here was pretty disappointing to say the least. We decided to dine in on our way home from visiting our polish friends with the wife and son and try the funghi pizza, chicken burger, lamb shish wrap, and large doner kebab, but unfortunately, the meal fell far short of expectations.
To begin with, the service was dreadfully slow, which set a negative tone for the evening. After a lengthy wait, our order finally arrived, but I was met with a rather disheartening sight.
The funghi pizza was soggy and there was too much cheese making it super oily, making it an unappetising start.
The chicken burger, though it had potential, was disappointingly dry, leaving much to be desired in terms of taste and texture. It was also flat and not like advertised but hey, nothing ever is.
The lamb shish wrap, which the wife anticipated to be flavourful and satisfying, was equally bland and stiff, it contained very little lamb, and it had been packed with lettuce and such veggies. It seemed as though the ingredients had been hastily thrown together without any consideration for seasoning or presentation.
Lastly, the large doner kebab was the most disheartening of all; it was overcooked and utterly tasteless, rendering it nearly inedible.
Anyhow, considering the price I paid for this meal, I expected a much higher standard of quality and flavor. Overall, my experience at this kebab shop was unsatisfactory, and I doubt I will return for another visit.

1 large pizza & 1 large garlic bread for £26. Usually we would be happy to pay this as it used to be our favourite local place for pizza however our last pizza was SO oily and greasy. It was dripping in the box. Really sickly, it's not like us not to finish a pizza. Have seen its under new management so maybe some teething problems as it used to be lovely!

Pizza tasted funny, had this pizza many times before and never had a problem. Ham seemed to be off, ate less than one slice but when I called to ask for a swap they refused, just saying ham is fresh.

Not sure what has gone wrong with this place but we won't be ordering here again.
Regularly have pizza from here at the weekend and always been 5*. The last few months the quality of food and speed of service has just taken a dive.
Cheap ingredients, different recipes, late deliveries and disinterested staff. Such a shame.

A bit chaotic whilst I was there, one guy seems to do everything. Another guy standing behind food prep counter just glared at me. Never smiled, acknowledged and never spoke.

I have used this in the past. The food is OK though on the expensive side.However, I want to post this review in my recent experience.I visited the takeaway on the evening of 22nd November. There were 3 staff members, one young lady, and 2 men. There were no customers. I ordered a burger and fries, the total came to 8 pounds something and as they are card only I paid by chip and pin.Yesterday when I routinely checked my credit card account I was shocked to see that I have been charged £80.80! I phoned the place, a lady picked up and when I explained the issue she put the phone down. I rang again, this time she passed the phone to a man who said, 'Not us, thank you' and put the phone down. The third time I said do not put the phone down and put me to the manager, a man came on and said there is no manager. I explained the issue and he said they could not do anything as the manager is not there and they could not access the accounts, he said he was the driver. When asked where is the manager he said in London and they do not know when he will come as he lives there. They refused to help me in any way and did not offer to communicate my problem to the manager. In the end, I had no option but to hang up as it was like banging your head against a brick wall.So I do not know if the overcharge was an error but what is ridiculous is that this establishment is being run without a manager or responsible person by the most rude and unhelpful staff.
