Very poor experience, staff were impatient, and saw them kick someone out of an empty outside cafe because they ordered take out coffee! Poor coffee. Go costa instead.

Superb full English and a latte with excellent customer service. Timed it well for the launch of the Xmas display and got a lovely cup of milled wine and mince pie by assistant Carol.
