I love going to this Boots. Mel, in particular is the best. She's great at her role, is friendly and amusing, and has long patience with patients especially on the phone. She's very reassuring and kind, putting her clients at ease. If I was an employer, I would emply Mel. If they make a mistake they apologise. The only aspect I dont like is the ever changing Pharmacists. There is always a space outside.

I suspect the staff are part-time which means there is no continuity and you are served by different people and a different Pharmacist every time.
There seems to be 3 or 4 members of staff trying to use the same computer. Very inefficient. Seems to take 4 or 5 days to do what used to be done in 2 days. A management problem, not the fault of staff.

I visited this Boots store after seeing on boots website that Kendamil 3 formula was in stock. I drove 45 minutes to get there, as I had been searching for this formula for a long time. When I asked a staff member, he confirmed it was available and asked how many I wanted. However, before I could respond, another staff member interrupted him, spoke to him, and then brought out only one can for me. When I asked for more, she said people were coming in the afternoon to take the rest. She also claimed there were only three cans in stock, which was untrue as I saw more in the box. It felt like she only wanted me to take one for some reason.
I have lived in the UK for five years, and I have never experienced such discriminatory and unfair behavior before. This experience was extremely disappointing, especially after such a long drive to find an essential product for my baby!!!! I hope Boots addresses this issue and ensures fairer treatment for all customers.

Totally professional and polite staff. Nothing too much trouble hence 5 stars. It's just a pity all of the Boots pharmacist are not like this one .
