Just been in after booking an appointment to see one of the agents there.It felt very safe, masks and screens up all round, sanitiser etc. at the entrance.Daniel seated us and apologised for not being able to offer us a drink, he seemed genuinely sorry and that it should be a given in his normal customer service... If only normal was a thing anymore.We went through some ideas we'd looked at, he gave some excellent suggestions on how the plan could be improved, and we eventually settled on a better solution than had been originally hoped for.We've left feeling looked after, feeling valued, and more importantly with a great package holiday from a caring and reputable local agent.Thanks Daniel and Andrew Earle.
