Awful customer service, I can't believe Yorkshire trading don't give cash refunds. I used these all the time, I went in the other day after spending £115 and after not wanting the items I went to get a refund. They will only give you a replacement or something that allows you to spend the same amount on other stuff. Really sly and bad way to treat customers
