I had a water leak inside my motorhome, I phoned to see if they could look at it. Unfortunately, they are fully booked until after Christmas. I was advised to come to the shop and talk to Scott. I can't praise Scott enough, he showed me how the push connectors work and how they should be when fitted. The connector in my motorhome was defective, I bought a new connector and managed to fit it myself. My leak fixed for less than £5 and my Christmas trip goes ahead. His knowledge and patience are 5 stars.

Bought a brand new caravan from then and it's been a nightmare with faults over the 2 years I have owned it. Still got faults that they claim to have sorted but haven't. Only just replaced a blind under warranty after 2 years. I live 79 miles away never an offer of fuels. Damp report after 2 years is climbing and they just say it's nothing to worry about.

Bought many caravans over the last 40 years but Yorkshire Coast Caravans has provided the best buying and after sales service yet to-date, valued our van at our home and agreed a deal and took it away that day. New one arrived on time and handover was comprehensive.

Ask about storm straps they had different types of universal straps but when I asked if I bought 1 of them and it didn't fit they wouldn't give a refund

Visited this caravan centre and the young lady in the shop was very helpful and knew the exact part I needed for my caravan and where it was in the shop. Though its quite a small shop compared to some I've visited, it's well stocked and has a wide variety of products

What an amazing experience compared to buying from other dealers. Nigel Tidmus was engaging and knowledgeable from the beginning. We had not visited YCC to buy a new caravan as we had only purchased a newish one 19 months earlier despite finding issues with our trade in and subsequent battle with the other dealer we still completed our purchase within the specified time line. We WILL be returning our new Coachman VIP675 to them for servicing and look forward to the same level of service.

I have used Yorkshire coast caravans before without any problems.However I put my Dechleffs Sunlight A68 in for its annual habitation check, and a problem with my water pump system not working. They said they checked it all electronically, including the fuses, and the fault was in the main unit a needed a good auto electrician to find and fix the fault. I am a member of the Dechleffs owners club and asked for advice. The put me in touch with a company who specialises in these units and their repair. They asked me if Yorkshire coast caravans had checked the fuses on the unit. I told the yes and they asked me again to check a specific fuse, a 5 amp at the front of the unit. I checked it and it was blown. I replaced it, and the system is now working perfectly.I asked how much this would have cost had I sent it to them for repair. They told me, with postage and repair, approx £450.00. A pack of fuses £2.99Yorkshire coast caravans are supposed to be a caravan and Motorhome repair specialist, I wonder if there is anything else they have missed. So far no apology, or explanation from them. Thanks Yorkshire coast caravans I will think twice about using you in the future.Clive

Would not recommend. Agreed to buy my 18 month old caravan. When I said I wouldn?t let them take the caravan with out payment first they very quickly backtracked not even 24 hours before they was supposed to come and gave me some story of why they couldn?t buy it. Screamed red flags to me. Like I?d let them take it without payment!! Sold it to another caravan shop for a lot more money instead. Glad I avoided this company.
