I honestly can?t praise the Three store in Bridlington enough ? Shannon and Jo turned a nightmare into an amazing experience.
After years stuck paying £45 a month for doorstep fibre optic broadband that never lived up to expectations, I finally decided enough was enough. I rang the Bridlington store and Shannon was incredible from the first moment: she reserved a 5G broadband box for me on the spot, welcomed me into the store, and set everything up while I was there. She answered all my questions ? no matter how small ? with patience and a smile.
Jo was just as fantastic. Warm, professional, and genuinely caring, she made me feel completely at ease. The atmosphere in that store is so friendly and helpful, you feel like they genuinely want the best for you.
I took the new 5G broadband box home, plugged it in, and within minutes I had a connection that?s much faster than that old £45/month fibre optic deal ? and it?s unlimited for just £21/month. On top of that, Shannon sorted me a brilliant mobile plan deal which I?ll be setting up tomorrow.
Shannon and Jo went above and beyond for me. If you need broadband or mobile help, skip the stress and go straight to the Three store in Bridlington ? you won?t regret it!

I would like to recommend Shannon for the ongoing service my husband and I have received on multiple occasions that we have visited the 3 store in Bridlington from Shannon. My husband has two phone contracts with you one he pays for for me and his own. Shannon never discusses my husbands accounts but still his always extremely helpful when I ask a general question. It doesn't matter if she is going to sell a contract that day it's always the same first class service we get from her, and Shannon is always very helpful providing us with aftersales. She is a real asset to 3 store in Bridlington. She hasn't asked me to write a review, but I think she deserves some recognition for her hard work. Shannon is always very pleasant, approachable and goes above and beyond to help.

Went into the three shop in Bridlington on Saturday 5th July, looked after by a lovely lady called Naomi. She helped solve an issue with my old phone sold me a new one , a screen protector and a cover. She was very helpful, knowledgeable,professional and went over and above to help me. Thankyou Naomi and well done three for employing such staff. ?

Having gone on holiday for a week to Brid, I had the misfortune of losing my sim only contract phone a couple of days in to the trip.
Panicking like heck I called in to the store and an amazing young lady saved my life and got me back up and running with my same number etc etc

Excellent service from staff at 3 Store Bridlington including Joanna, Naomi and Marty. Recently purchased a new mobile phone which I am very happy with. Naomi and Joanna both assisted me in setting it up and couldn't have been more helpful and patient. Would highly recommend.

Went in to update my update my account Marty saw to all my needs very efficiently came out with an upgraded router, sadly I had problems getting it to connect to my smart TV went back to see him the following day explained my problem took me through the set up process went home followed his instructions everything worked well top marks to him and to the 3 staffs highly recommend

Just want to say how helpful and friendly all the staff are at the 3 mobile shop in Bridlington, especially Marty (Martin),who went out of his way to solve the problem regarding my wife's mobile new contract. after spending 2 days trying to sort the problem, Marty did in in record time. I cannot recommend the 3 shop more highly. Thanks 3 and thank you Marty.

Poor service, sat over 40 minutes with NO acknowledgement, 1 customer left I was about to get up when new customer walked in straight up to the counter and WAS seen to!!!Would NOT recommend this store or staff..
