Good selection of shoes managed to get all the shoes needed for school but only 6 winter coat styles available for girls, 4 of them black. Didnt have all sizes available either so I had to go elsewhere for coat.

Never in all my life have I met staff as ignorant and lazy as the staff in this store! You get nothing but attitude if you make a complaint, and god forbid you ask them to get a smaller/bigger size or to pack your bag for you. Christ anyone would think you were asking them to do a days work on a building site!! The lot of them need sacking!!

Bought a swimsuit no problems with that, went back to holiday home assistant forgotten to take off security tag rang to let them know assistant said sorry you?ll just have to bring it back. It would have been nice if the sorry sounded a bit more meaningful as I don?t have a car and it meant getting a bus (more expense) to have it removed.
