Okey I have in the past fallen out with Specsavers not because of the product but a differing of opinion with a member of staff ? however, started going back before the pandemic and since then I wouldn't go anywhere else? Great staff, competitive prices and trendy range of frames to choose from. ??

According to google, it says this - "At Specsavers Opticians and Audiologists - Bridlington, you?ll receive only the highest standard of service and expertise in eye and ear care the high street has to offer. That's not what I experienced this evening, when enquiring about some sunglasses stock. I got a lady telling me the computer says I dont have an account with them having been there over 20 years. To then upsetting me and belittling me when the person named Alistair said to me on the phone, woh, woh, woh, slow down, slow down, slow down. Appauling customer service and will never visit this store again. I've had lots of friends tell me experiences of this store, and im now also included in that long list. Go to driffield, they care about high standards there.

Fabulous service as always here. My new glasses almost make me look like George Clooney - but one can live in hope I suppose! Seriously this is an excellent opticians with staff who are always friendly and very professional. Why would I want to go anywhere else?
