I read the details on the website, sounded great. As encouraged I sent a text first thing this morning asking if I could come and put a load of washing in on our way out for the day and if it could be dried and ready to pick up. After about half an hour got a reply saying they are not doing any service washes. I text back to ask how much a wash is to do myself and how long a typical cycle takes?. No reply by late afternoon. I appreciate that they may be busy, understaffed or whatever but if you read what it says in the website, it leads you to expect stress free customer service. I would suggest updating your website so it is not offering things you plainly can?t honor.

I went today at 9am and the place was fillthy the bin was overflowing and the floor was covered in rubbish won't be going again

Dirty disgusting place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in decades. Say on Google it has Free WiFi, Free TV & Free hot drinks it doesn't have any of these. The washing machines are filthy washing powder all over them & the drawers on the machines where you put your washing powder are a disgrace obviously haven't been cleaned in a long long time.

Easy to Use, super cheap. Lovely lady who worked there helped us out:) about £2.50 wash and £1.20 to. Dry them. Need somewhere to sit but all. In all fab :)
