Vile customer service from both cashier and supervisor, reluctant to let me exchange a pair of school shoes my son had worn for 1 day! I returned them 2 days after purchasing because they were already battered and they were trying to say its wear and tear ? give me a break, ive worked in retail for 6 years and know every trick in the book and these ladies were just being difficult for the sake of it, asking me to show them my online banking and then questioning the price to each other as if i were lying you would think I was taking money from their own pockets, I wouldn't mind but I wanted the exchange them for a school shoe that was twice the price of the original pair of garbage! Won't ever be shopping here again, if any managers are reading your store supervisor and cashier need to work on their customer service skills massively pictures attached of the shoes my son wore for A DAY, already scuffed/creased/worn down on the soles

Having bought sandals which proved unsatisfactory with spray-on colour round heels peeling they exchanged them straight away. Even though I checked, the second pair proved just the same. They refunded my money.

This is a great place. I am not a big shoe buyer but when I need to get my footwear I go to Shoe Zone cos they have what I want at a great price. Why would you go anywhere else?
