Today I was looking for a plumbing part and the young man called Charlie was very helpful and polite but was struggling to find what I needed the lovely lady I believe called Gemma was listening and looked it up in the book she new what we wanted was very knowledgable and helpful she was so nice and looked after us in a professional way thank you Gemma and Charlie you made our visit to screwfix a real pleasure

Visited the Bridlington screwfix today with my husband Dave he spoke to Dave the manager and despite our purchase this visit being only for 79pence we felt once again like a really valued and respected customer. Keep up the great work.

The staff are very friendly except one female member of staff shouldn't be left to serve the general public as she shouts at coustomers and isn't friendly at all. I am sure there is a job she can do like sweeping up where she could argue with the brush in a quiet corner of the shop.
