Sat 18/2/23\\nOur post men/women always left our parcels in the summerhouse or with a next door neighbour, I paid £8 to have it delivered today but had to nip out to help my disabled mother. The parcel has been returned. I wish the postal workers would strike permanently then my goods would arrive as promised with a decent courier ,certainly aren't worth a pay rise.\\n\\n20/2/23\\nPackage should have been redelivered today, still didn't arrive. I paid £8 for express delivery and stayed in for it. I have already agreed with 2 regular parcel suppliers not to send my goods by Royal Mail\\nWhat are my chances of getting a refund.\\nThe saga continues we stayed in until 13,45 before going down to the nursing home to see my mother and again the useless bloody royal mail came after we went out. Why can't they leave the parcel in an out building or leave it with a neighbour like all other parcel companies.\\nIf the parcel was available to collect at the Post Office it would help but our collection centre opens for 2 hours a day 8am to 10am.

Purchased their QR code service as I?m on vacation and can?t print.Travelled 5 miles to the office to find the main post counter can?t handle Q R code and printing.You need to go next door to the delivery office however they only open 08.00 to 10.00 on Monday???I now need to travel there again at great disruption and time loss on TuesdayWhat a great service (joking)I will use Parcel to go next timeNo wonder they are losing business hand over fist . Get your act together Royal Mail and show more customer based serviceDisgrace!

Waste of time phoning them they never answer the phone, 9 miles there and back I have to travel to pick Mail up. Would help if answer the phone saves useless trips!!!!!

I wish I could give more stars but sadly the disorganisation in here is real. There can be 20 people queuing down the road in all weathers but there's never more than three out of the five windows open despite there always being at least one other member of the counter staff milling about behind there moving parcels about. Incredibly frustrating place to have to go. Its not just the pandemic either as this has always been the case. Just make sure you've factored in an extra 20-30 mins on your journey as this might be the length of time it takes.

Why have a telephone line when nobody bothers to answer it? The only time somebody picked up the phone was to hang up on me.

When an envelope says DO NOT BEND why does the postman bend it into the post box. Use a bit of common sence next time. The special birthday card is a right bloody mess.

It's very busy, and the staff work hard, but when I went in only two counters were manned and one of these was also for foreign currency, so there was a long queue, and had to wait about 30 minutes.
